How to loose weight like a PRO


      I'll give you a tip..  When you eat never eat more then one of those normal size cereal bowels.  Eat three times a day, get a job and walk!! Having a JOB will greatly reduce your weight and reduce the amount you eat.  get busy.. if you don't want to work or you go to college, then you should either take a 30min-1hour walk every day, or take a 2-4 hour walk 2-3 times a week with a friend.

Walking the Bike Path

      Most bigger cities have bike paths you can walk on. There paved and great fun to walk with a friend.  you can easily walk 2-3 hours with out getting tired, just a little sore. Just be sure to turn around before you walk to far.. Starting your walk around 4 and walking till the sun starts to set then turning around is a good way to do your exercise..  It motivates you to keep going till the sun goes down.

My Story

     I'm honestly not being mean.. promise!   I was once a bigger guy coming in at 265 pounds 5'11 when i was 15. I started loosing weight very fast due to foot ball but never could get past 245.  So now I'm 21 and 165 pounds and in very good shape and i gotta tell you, it turns me on looking at my self naked!   so just keep busy, clean the house, build something for fun, take a walk, get a job, work more hours.

Walking is no joke

    Walking is no worse then running and running is no better then walking..  walking is the most efficient way to loose weight since running will just hurt your joints if your over weight or fit.  walking is also a good way to hang out with friends and talk while walking.  just keep going and by 6 months or 1-2 years if you eat healthy and walk a lot you'll be looking at your self naked and thinking damn.. I'm gay for myself too!I hope you take my advice.. just don't get too cocky when your all hot and skinny.. I know I did when i first started being real fit but now I'm just like what ever...

Being physical fit leads to a longer life

guys that are attractive or women are usually skinny or fit and work out.. honestly i couldn't be with a bigger girl for the fact that its not natural and.. well really it disgust me to look at fat girls.. you don't even know what your doing to your body.   It's a proven fact being greatly over weight or even 20-40 pounds will decrease your life up to 20-30 years..  that's a fact.. no joke.  you can die at the young age of 35 if your well over weight. I  know 4-5 people in the past months, family, friends and co works who have died at the age of 45,38, and 42 just for the mere fact they were some what over weight.


     I promise you will loose the weight very fast if you eat only a normal cereal bowel portion at a time 2-3 times a day and take that one hour walk a day, or that 2-4 hour walk 2-3 days a week.  Also your gonna have to forget about fast food unless you only spend one dollar and I mean one dollar. Not 5 one dollar mcdoubles. Just one dollar and try to limit that to one or two days when you Lear from your diet. Those would be the one day you reward your self.   Choose salads of grease.

     If you follow a good eating routine your stomach will start to get smaller and smaller.  You have no idea how little of food I can eat before I'm full!  I could eat one piece of a pizza hut pizza,  ten minutes later my stomach is almost full. if i ate 3 my stomach would hurt..

Stop feeling sorry for yourself 
     You might eat for depression or stress at home. No offense but...  well stop being a pussy. That's life and things happen, get over it you little baby.   Don't be so negative, being negative can also have its toll on your health.

Set goals

    Start making long term goals for your self and seeing them through. I don't know if its a fact but in my own experience, I'd saying creating long term goals greatly improve your life, happiness and help to reduce your stress. Your happiness, life and stress play a big role in your weight, improve those and loose weight.

Working out makes you feel good!

    Another thing!   Working out releases drugs from in your body, these drugs actually make you high!  Yes high!   You can work out and get high.. pretty sweet right!  The more you walk, the more your brain and body realize you need more endorphin's  these chemicals will give you the feeling how being high.  It's very enjoyable taking a 4 hour walk and finally making it back to the car.  Once you sit down you simply feel amazing.
